The communication with BRR was not what I expected. We did not get any updates from them regarding our scheduling status, unless we asked them. Their response, ‘we didn’t have any new info for you’. Ok, I get that, then just a quick … More note to reassure us that we aren’t forgotten would have been nice. We were told we would be notified the night before dumpster delivery, it just showed up one day. We were told the roofing crew would remove the gutters. They didn’t, which led to another issue that needed to be resolved. Which they did without any hesitation. It just impacted their bottom line because they had to replace material already installed.The roofing crew was very quick and efficient. Other than the one issue, the roof was stripped and finished in a single day!! A suggestion would be to get a roller magnet and go over the worksite to pick up any loose roofing nails that may have bounced off the tarps. We found quite a few. Antonio and the soffit, facia and gutter crew were excellent!! Very efficient and tremendous attention to detail!!There is one potential issue we are waiting for warm weather/rain to resolve. Before it got cold and snowed, we were hearing what sounded like water dripping on metal. Hadn’t heard it (in 42 years and two roofs) before the roof was replaced. We’ll see. Need to get up there in the spring to look at the flashing and keep listening for the sounds. After this review, we would ask them to bid again in the future, if they wanted to work with us.Don D.
