Great experience from beginning to end!!! I requested an estimate through their website on a Friday and they called me in less than 5 minutes to set an appointment to have my roof looked at. That next Friday, Nicholas came out and he … More is awesome!! He was very thorough, answered any questions I had, and explained all the issues he saw and options that I had to take care of them. He also thoroughly described the quality of the materials they use and the expectations that the manufacturer has for contractors using their product. He knows his stuff!! And he is super friendly and fun to talk to. The crew came out 2 weeks later and they wasted no time getting to work. I left and when I got back late that afternoon, the crew was gone and you would never know anyone had been there, except, of course, for the beautiful, new roof!!!I would recommend Big Rapids Roofing to anyone, without hesitation!!
